The Wimberly Building (formerly known as the Woolworth Building) is a 52,000 sq. ft. modern three level steel reinforced concrete masonry, terrazzo and stucco building constructed in 1967.

The building, which is a part of the FIBERTOWN development, is home to a 25,000 sq. ft. Tier IV Data Center and Forsyth Center Galleries. The collections in the Forsyth art museum include a world-class collection of English Cameo glass, Tiffany and Steuben glass, and other important 19th and 20th century art glass. Also included are important collections of American paintings by The Eight, Winslow Homer, Childe Hassam, Thomas Moran, and Frederic Remington.

As part of the FIBERTOWN development this building offers high concept design Class A Space, customized tenant finish, available furnished (e.g. Herman Miller) or unfurnished, as well as a wide array of owner provided technology products and services (VOIP Phone System, Internet Access, Colocation, Network Monitoring, Circuit Provisioning and Integration), all bundled into one monthly rental charge. FIBERTOWN also has integrated Worksite Recovery / Disaster Recovery Office Suites available, fully furnished and equipped with VOIP, internet access, and LAN connectivity to the datacenter servers.

The FIBERTOWN campus also offers shared conference rooms, conference facilities, and an on campus Tier IV Data Center which offers various services, from Cage Space and Cabinet Space to Disaster Recovery (owned and operated by FIBERTOWN). The FIBERTOWN fiber optic network is fully redundant and secure, therby allowing it to cross connect to over 65 carriers and provide its clients with virtually unlimited, uninterrupted connectivity. An important aspect of the FIBERTOWN development is its convenient location within a vibrant Downtown, historic mixed use, campus environment.

The Community Emergency Operations Center (CEOC) is located on the ground floor of the Wimberly. The CEOC is a joint facility that houses the emergency management staff for Brazos County, the City of Bryan, the City of College Station, and Texas A&M University. Eight full time staff members combine their efforts in planning for and responding to disasters within the Bryan/College Station area and the state of Texas.
